What is your shipping policy?
We offer standard shipping worldwide. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take up to 10-15 business days depending on the destination.
Are your products safe for sensitive eyes?
Yes, our formulas are dermatologically tested and designed to be gentle. However, we always recommend performing a patch test 24 hours before full application to ensure no sensitivities exist.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.
Can I wear mascara after a LashLift?
You should wait at least 24 hours after the procedure before applying any eye makeup. After that period, we recommend using water-based mascara to maintain the longevity of the lift.
