The second step to achieving beautifully lifted lashes is our BOMB Duo Neutralizing Cream. Enriched with Cocoa Butter, Hyaluronic Acid, Glass Microbeads, Panthenol, and Horsetail Extract, our Neutralizing Cream nourishes the lashes while neutralizing the lifting cream. 

The third step to achieving beautifully lifted lashes is our BOMB Duo Moisturizing Serum. Enriched with Panthenol, Hyaluronic Acid, Marshmallow Extract, Aloe Vera, Rosemary, Chamomile, Arnica Montana, and Apricot Extracts.
